What began as one man’s leap of faith has become a generational craft. In 1996, after years working in the trades, Randy Trass first founded Trass Construction with a vision to build homes grounded in integrity, hard work, and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship. Little did he know the business would soon grow into a true family endeavor.

It’s been a long-running family joke that Seth and Ethan have been part of the business since they could walk. From picking up scraps on the job site as kids to learning how to swing a hammer from their dad, both eventually joined the company full-time in 2015. In 2021, the business rebranded to Diamond T Construction, in honor of Randy's father, who owned a cattle farm named Diamond T Ranch -- which is also why our logo looks like a cattle brand! Now co-owners with their father, they continue to uphold the standards Randy set from the start: build with integrity, deliver quality, and treat every client with the care and respect they deserve.
