Custom Addition | Spring 2024

In Spring 2024, a local family came to us with a clear goal: add a garage and create a livable apartment above it. What started as a simple idea turned into a thoughtfully designed space that blended function with comfort. We handled everything from planning and permitting to framing, finishes, and final walkthroughs.
